You'll never be happy if...
you constantly compare yourself to other people. Not comparing is hard. We learn what we want through what other people have. But, being jealous, or wishing you were someone else will leave you unhappy because you can never be anyone other than you.
You'll never be happy if...
you criticize yourself constantly. Would you take constant emotional abuse from a lover or a friend? Then why do you take it from yourself? Beating yourself up on the inside will do you no good. Motivate yourself, but don't abuse yourself. And if the self criticism is coming from you constantly comparing yourself to other people, you'll be doubly unhappy.
Be you. Be happy with you.
