Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color Review

I received the Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program. I will admit that I didn't look up results pictures before I began following the directions on the bottle, so I was totally surprised and excited to see the results of the first nail.

I love how it looks, it's almost like an airbrush job you can do at home without any type of airbrush equipment. If I had to give a downside it would be the laborious nature of painting one nail at a time. The process is you paint a nail, and then while its still wet you hold the magnet above it, with the convenient magnet holder in the cap, to create the effect.

Here is a picture of a completed hand with two coats, and an uncompleted hand with just one coat of polish before doing the magnetic effect:

To me the labor is worth it to create such a cute 3-D look at home.  Another perk is the polish applies smoothly and  is great on drying time. This Sally Hansen polish is available at chain drug stores, food stores and mass merchandisers nationally, retailing for around $9.99.
