The thing about Work-Life Balance

I spent my Monday like it was the weekend and now I'll likely be playing catchup the rest of the week. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY. I got the opportunity to spend some great quality time with family and create new memories.

The thing about work-life balance (which really should be called work-life-family-self-side hustle balance) is that success comes in the flow. Flowing between responsibilities. There is no such thing as giving the exact same amount of energy to all areas of your life. Balance is actually knowing what needs to be a priority when, and shifting your focus as needed.
